Pros: I love the design, matte black looks great! The water pressure is AWESOME and way better than the original Moen shower head that came with the kit we installed with the new tub and plumbing. I've had several hand operated spouts in the past and never one that held the pressure with both - it works and the rain shower head is so good I highly recommend it! Cons: Paint can be easily scraped off during installation, be careful - having lost paint around the threads on the showerhead flange and showerhead connector I place a thick rag between the wrench and the bracket to prevent further damage. I'm trying to find something to fix the color but so far it's not working.
