To be honest, I don't like everything about this collar. My puppy finds it so annoying and keeps scratching on it (she doesn't have fleas). The buckle is awkward to put on an active pup as it doesn't close quickly, it has to be held by the sides to do what I said is difficult when the pup is moving. The leash loop does not have a sufficiently large loop, which in turn makes it difficult to quickly put on the leash for potty training. I mean the collar is so small it's not cheap, 8.99 is a bit pricey for a glorified cat collar. Now the collar is damaged by scratches so I can't return it.
