I originally got this due to skin lesions probably actinic keratosis etc or it could be a basal cell germ (never diagnosed) but it was cleared up a long time ago. So not only for that, but in itself a great cream for your skin. As you wonder if it can clear questionable skin lesions (diagnose it first since I'm a medical professional), consider what it will do with antioxidants and hydrate your normal skin cells. I live in an arid climate and I think that's the secret to aging and wrinkling from sun and altitude. I use it as a night cream and couldn't be happier with the results. (I also use a laser device which I'm sure helped with the process and I would recommend)
