Arrived in perfect condition. The first part took a while. We watched the video and still struggled with the first part. There were no instructions included. The biggest lesson we learned is NOT to stretch it! We accidentally stretched the first part by holding it too tight and had trouble smoothing it out. Luckily it's very gentle and you can pick it up and start over, but it was very difficult to smooth out the wrinkles after we stretched it. Have one person hold it gently and have a second person gently smooth it out with a credit card. If you go too rough it will stretch or get caught in small holes and tear. be gentle be slow Don't stretch. Once we got the hang of it, it was easy! For the second window, we followed some YouTube tips and sprayed the window with water and that seemed to help smooth it out a lot too. Go slow and easy and you will succeed. As for durability - we've only had it a few days so will be back in a while. We hung it on the back windows of our van for privacy. A little can still be seen outside, but not clearly, only outlines. The view from inside is excellent, like looking through the screen.
