It is always important to invest in your health. **UPDATE**

They are perfect for my workout. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't have enough resistance with two bands. However, when you're in the fog of a workout, your hip flexors and quads fight when they tire. So far so good, the straps stay on the ankles. The durability of the rubber bands seems excellent considering I use them for soccer practice. Their use during training helps increase leg endurance. I recommend using it for personal training. Hope this review helps if you are on the fence. Update October 1st 2018 I have changed my review because they already confused me. The velcro doesn't hold anymore, the straps come loose from the clasp, they just aren't on me. I use them 4 times a week just for training. Not for MMA or anything like that. It's a shame because I really liked her at first. But now I had to go to another brand. Hope that helps.
