Good value for money/low resistance

Handy little thing to kick when attached to something. The ankle straps alone are of excellent quality and worth the price. Amazing value. However, the bands aren't very long and don't have much resistance.

Great ankle bands for speed and agility training

I've been wearing them for a few weeks now and they're great. The quality and durability are good and they come in a nice pouch. You could add another level of resistance, but the two ranges included are great for beginners or intermediate users.

Pretty good for training and fitness

They are ok, the strap is a bit too long for my liking and I untied them which caused the strap to shoot through my leg. Bit of a shit so be careful when using this, maybe I just switched to fast speed or something, not sure how it got unmounted.

adds good resistance to impact and certain foot movements ankle straps are fairly soft (though not perfect) excellent value for money (assuming it lasts, I haven't used it long enough to say if the straps hold). Update: After a month or so the straps are still fine but the velcro on the ankle straps is practically unusable, they still work when stretched but all kicks open the straps. Customer service is excellent.

Edit: Support contacted me and told me this is a faulty product. I replaced it with a better quality strap and after a few days of testing it works great. Not sure how it will fare this time with intense training but will update. Broke after 3 days of kick practice. One of the metal ends of the rubber band had snapped.

Band tears on my first hit

I'm a kick boxer. I buy this product because it claims to be good for boxing and karate but the strap is too long for a martial arts frame. Also, the tape rips when I do my first punch. I didn't put any force into this punch because I want to try resistance. This can be helpful with slower, controlled strength training, but can be dangerous with explosive movements.

It is always important to invest in your health. **UPDATE**

They are perfect for my workout. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't have enough resistance with two bands. However, when you're in the fog of a workout, your hip flexors and quads fight when they tire. So far so good, the straps stay on the ankles. The durability of the rubber bands seems excellent considering I use them for soccer practice. Their use during training helps increase leg endurance. I recommend using it for personal training.
