I have an old car that I love (and paid for). I really should fix the cigarette lighter, but not like this. Too expensive and I have a portable battery like most people in the 21st century. Plug this into your "power bank" / "external battery" (whatever you want to call it) and you can now use any wired device that requires a cigarette lighter plug. In my case it was my escort radar detector (new toy - love, love, love!). But this thing came with a cigarette stopper. WTF should I do with that? Luckily I found this and now everything works fine. This is an unusual item that most people will never need or think of, but it's good to have. If you need it I can tell you the thing works, is reliable and well made. And I wasn't paid to say it, I didn't get anything for nothing. And I've had no encouragement to admit using a speed camera detector ("Kids: stay in school, don't do drugs, drive fast").
