Cheap hard plastic rubber bands
Judging by the photos, I was expecting a wide, soft bandage. Instead, they're just a piece of wide duct tape glued into a thin, hard, notched plastic tape! The dollar store has an inexpensive type of packaging. I found them very uncomfortable and was completely surprised. However, the strap is as shown, hence the 2 stars. I fear they will return.
