Review on 📊 Arboleaf Body Weight Scale with BMI, Wi-Fi Bluetooth Body Fat Scale, 14 Body Composition Analysis Sync with Fitness Apps, Up to 400lbs Capacity, White by Willie Midkiff

This is an addendum to my original review. Arboleaf customer service contacted me almost immediately after posting my initial review and offered a full refund or an exchange of the scale. All this without having to return defective scales. I decided to replace the scale and received the new scale within 2 days. The new scales are set up and working correctly now. A big thank you to Arboleaf Customer Service who go out of their way to keep their customers happy. This scale was delivered last Sunday and I installed it right away. The process was very easy. However, I immediately noticed that it displayed a different weight than my old scale (which matched my weight). I weighed 2 pounds more on this one. I connected to the app via WiFi and everything seemed to work fine. Today, Thursday, the scale stopped syncing with the app. I followed the recommended troubleshooting steps to no avail and finally did the last recommended step of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Unfortunately I forgot my password and the app told me I would receive a reset link. This link never showed up in my inbox or junk mail folder. Then I decided on the option to create an account. This feature will ask you "identifying" questions within the app to recover your account. When I had to enter my height, it told me my entry was inaccurate. 🙄 I know for a fact that during the initial setup I gave my actual height of 5ft 5in. Weight loss app. I calibrated the scale and weighed myself. The scale read 147.2 pounds. After following the troubleshooting steps for the missing sync, I decided to reconsider just to be sure. I recalibrated the scale and weighed again. To my surprise, I gained 2 pounds in 5 minutes. 🙄 I re-calibrated again, re-weighed and right now I'm 3.5 pounds heavier than when I first weighed in today. Isn't it amazing how stress and frustration immediately affect your weight 🤦‍♀️. It's true that you get what you pay for. This scale is a big disappointment for me. I think I'll go back to my "old fashioned" scales as they seem more accurate and less stressful.
