Painful but beautiful!

Directions are NOT user friendly. They come with a ribbon in the middle, but you have no idea what to do with them until you find out for yourself. The end of the ribbon needs to be tied (knotted) in the middle of the paper, and then you can fold and fold each side. It takes some time to loosen up each shift, so give yourself plenty of time before you party. I had 4 of us working on these things and it took about 30-40 minutes to open all 18 pieces. When they are on top they are really pretty and great for any birthday party or kids party.
