The best thing about this software was that it helped us track all activities done by employees for each project they were working with as well as its status at any given time from anywhere around world without having physical presence there itself! It also allowed me access my data whenever I wanted which made things easier than ever before!! But what i disliked most probably would be lack or poor support services provided after sales service team though highly knowledgeable people but seemed not able enought handle issues properly when faced them.

This should definitely help you manage projects better since everything can now happen online instead of being physically present where work gets performed!!
