Definitely not child size.
I will definitely not order anything that says 12 to 18 months old again. I ordered them for a 7 month old baby but the actual size was not in the mail. The largest size it comes in is 12 to 18 months. Open the bag and it says 3. Well that sucks because it's a 4. To annoy you even more, a shoe has melted down. Wow!

- I like the look of the cons but they are too big for my grandson. Glad they're always in fashion.
- They fit great and are easy to put on. They don't squeeze the foot but don't have a good grip to teach babies to walk.
