Three out of four marriages

I ordered two of these. One seems fine and the second is crooked. The T-bar was not perpendicular to the bracket. Returned Curve and received two more. Both were also crooked and had to be sent back. If installed, the T-Bar would hold one chair but not touch the other chair. The Revain image also shows what looks like a foam sleeve on a T-bar, but actually just has rubber tips on the ends. See attached photos of all three defective items.
