snaps into the rod recess. But it's tight and doesn't fit my neck/lats. I'm thin and bony with narrow shoulders and this one didn't fit at all. Rotated back and forth a few inches on my spine. The one that fits at the gym so I'll find that brand. Maybe mantar. Or I'll get something that fits and is soft.
