Review on 👗 Lolita Charm Women's Black Skirt - One Size - Women's Clothing by Dionne Deedee

In the photos on this page. While I'm not entirely unhappy, I did NOT expect the waistband of the skirt to be ribbed straight. I have a lot of these and rarely wear them because they make my waist look bigger than it is. I usually have to pull these skirts down below my waist to keep them from looking bloated. This skirt style should have a flattened waistband for a more flattering look. Otherwise, why not just tuck all the way under the bra and round off? It's literally straight out of a toddler's nightmare. I was also wrong in assuming that the overlay, the outer material, should be denim or cotton, which would soften the bottom layers, but the top layer is actually lace. like (not bad at all) and I just wasn't expecting it. Underneath the top layer are purple motifs that kind of remind me of old school lip service with a skull and crosses and daggers, and then two layers of magenta. Layers of madras and black tulle underneath. Overall, the skirt is gorgeous on its own and not just for cosplay. My only major complaint/issue is the elasticated waist and hip/hip pockets. The zippers are of the lowest quality. This is more of an aesthetic than a utilitarian feature. that double waist bags are only heavy enough to carry light items like candy, gum, cash, ID card etc. but not like a cellphone or real wallet. I tried opening one of the side pockets and Grrrrrrrrrrrrr! Almost blew a brain seal trying to close it. So please don't play around with it. And because of the terrible quality of the zipper combined with the unexpected skirt waist design, I can't miss two stars. In general. Cute in pictures, but in reality? Return to the drawing board.
