It's difficult to install, but it's a really good harness with no buckles or hooks.
I love this strap because it's so easy to put on and take off, it just slides on and off your wrist, but what I really dislike is how difficult it seems to fit on it there is too much material in the area where it enters the watch and the pins are loose and if you are not very careful you can lose one but once you put it on it's good there are no buckles or hook or something, just put it on and go. I love it.
