I like that is easy to get in touch with them if issues arise because it's an actual phone number not some email address or website i can never really find! Sometimes they seem quite busy but i'm sure its just me doing something wrong which isn;t ideal at all considering this software has saved us money by keeping our staff happy enough so long as any potential problems are sorted out fast for no extra cost!! Great system great customer service nothing much more needed here. So far everything works smoothly though there was one time when their support team didn't pick up my call straight away but then again thats very rare. The ease of use, price, and how simple it is to set up. I love the fact that my data is safe and secure. The ability to easily share all files with other team members. I wish there was a way to add more than one email address for an account. I like being able to add people from our database to our team as well as having access to everyone's emails. With so many different file types, it can be difficult to organize them in a way that makes sense. This helps us keep everything organized.
