I printed 4 images and got a message to wait for the next print until the printer cools down. After that I got the same message after each of the remaining 6 printouts. If the printer can't print all 10 sheets of photos, why pack the paper in 10-sheet packs? I'll try again after charging, and if it can't print 10 separate images without overheating I'll either return it or file a claim with Assurion. How can you use this at a party when you have to wait to print each picture. I have Gen2 and it prints with no problems. The Sprocket app works with both printers, so some tinkering with warm-cold and lighting is required to adjust images, but otherwise the printer works well with the app.
