
I ordered these cables a month and a half ago for daily phone charging. I only used one and kept the other as a backup. A few days ago one of them stopped working unless connected to my phone at a certain angle (phone chargers do). Needless to say I was very disappointed that the charger stopped working so quickly. I emailed the seller from my Gmail account (not through Revain) and referenced the order number to ask how to get a replacement. It was Friday evening and on Monday afternoon I received a response that they would send a replacement with a tracking number. I wish the cable had a longer life but I am very impressed and satisfied with the customer service from this company. For that alone I would buy from them again. EDIT: The replacement they sent took about a week and barely works for fast charging. too much hassle to keep contacting support for a replacement. I won't buy anymore.
