Perhaps the defect is best with Portable Audio & Video

I put the batteries in as described and everything worked except for one problem: it has to be in be a very quiet room and then put it to my ear to maybe hear something and if it's in my ear like in headphones then the picture is not visible the picture is good for something like that not very good but what is what you would expect at this price I was thinking of sending it back but until I pay the postage and all the hassle I don't know if it's worth it And will the new one be better then so I would recommend it for those who only look for visual messages.
