Another great Brooks shoe with motion control.
As an elderly person who will never walk again but aspires to walk more than 60 minutes a day, I need a shoe that gives me control, cushioning and enough support for my deep arches. The Brooks GTS options handle this well, and for me glycerin is the best of all. However, when I buy Brooks shoes I always end up buying a half size larger than usual compared to other brands of shoes I buy. In this case, my usual size was quite long, but the slightly narrow toe box squeezed the sides of the midfoot.
- I find it best to buy multiple pairs and switch between them to avoid over-wearing.
- The toe box is smaller than previous models. I've always worn Brooks and never had this problem. I can't wear them.
