Great, this is a 2 in 1 brush/scraper The scraper works pretty well and cleans my tongue well. The bristles of the scraper are of medium hardness, as are the bristles at the end of the toothbrush. The toothbrush is quite simple and similar in quality to a disposable toothbrush in a dentist's office, in a hotel or on an airplane. There is nothing special about this brush except that it is double-ended. At $15, especially since the nozzle isn't replaceable, it's not worth it. For your information, it is recommended to change your toothbrush every 3-4 months. It's better to buy a metal tongue scraper and a soft-bristled toothbrush (or, better yet, an electric one).
