We bought two of these thinking the first one was just defective (missing straps, straps too short to fasten around the car seat) but the second had the same issues . This product is very, very cheaply made and poorly designed. The product photos do not show you, but this seat comes with instructions. According to the instruction, strap C does not fit the car seat as shown in the picture. Clipping it to your seat belt makes it too big - even if you shorten it, the strap and webbing are so cheap that they easily come loose if the car suddenly stops or you get into an accident. In the event of an accident, the lower part of the seat will not be secured and your pet will climb up with the bag. Also, the straps are worn and barely holding together. The seat frame itself is not strong enough to support the shape of the cube. This product is so inferior I can't even believe it. Do not buy.
