This is the worst tablet I've ever had. I'm only giving it two stars because I like the look and the quick delivery. Firstly, when I opened the box, the box itself was nice and solid. It came with a screen protector, which was nice, so I didn't put on a screen protector as I always "test" items, and in this case I'm particularly glad I did. I am convinced that this item has been refurbished and I have purchased a new, unused product. Came with a red pen wow beautiful no! The red is worn with a dent on one side, obviously very used! Not cool! These things are cheap so if you want to add one add a decent one or don't add one at all because I felt very uncomfortable about my purchase. If they are too cheap to add a decent pin what else did they send me? Then I charge it up, turn it on and set up the wireless connection. Went great, signal said great, etc. etc. I laid the groundwork and decided to search the internet for "buy a house". O slowly opened. Hm. When I finally opened up and went to the street view on the property, a few clicks and the connection dropped. I'm trying it on my phone and it works fine. I can easily move around the neighborhood in Street View. By the way, LG Stylo2 is not a new phone. Then my son's Kindle tablet which I bought a couple of Christmas days ago, no problem. I return to this tablet. A few clicks, taps, call it what you want, and the connection will be broken! Now you just think it's my internet speed. No, I have a brand new top of the range Comcast modem router with the highest data plan they offer. My kids are gamers and we need top speed to play smoothly. Very disappointed! Don't waste your money time. They will end up returning it and then buying the tablet again. I'm not one to leave reviews very often, but I felt it was worth a few minutes of my time as the reviews were part of what motivated me to purchase this tablet. Maybe the seller will post positive reviews or friends and family, who knows! So if you decide to give it a try, I hope you had a better experience than I did with the article. I've tried adding a stylus image, but I don't see the option for a photo, which is usually there. Maybe because I'm accessing and writing from my order page, who knows.
