I like that they come with different screw options. The anchors themselves left a lot to be desired. Once a pilot hole is drilled, they will flex slightly when driven in. Also, the bolts that come with the anchors never tighten like I would expect anchors to. I use a drill to get most of the screws in and they use a hand screwdriver to finish them. The screw just keeps turning even though I only used a screwdriver. I stopped drilling out the anchor completely, knowing there wouldn't be much weight on the shelf I was installing. So they work, but not very well.
