Does not load. - Accessory

Won't charge my MacBook. When I plug my Macbook into it, it toggles between "charging" and "not charging" every minute and doesn't actually charge. It can't be a Macbook or cable issue as I've tried three MacBooks and official Apple cables and they all work well with other chargers.
