UPDATE: I love this handbag which I bought in July 2021 and received shortly after. It's 9/2021 and the handles are wearing and falling apart. I had next to nothing in my bag and it all started with the grip that has the least pressure. I asked about it and the seller was nice but informed me it was normal wear and tear. But that's not the case. I had a handbag for eight years before I had to replace it. It's a shame - I really liked this handbag. Bought from Blackcraft because of the quality. :(I really like the bag, it's roomy and the quality is great. It's a bit bigger than I'm used to but I'll get over it lol. The zippers work perfectly, don't bind and are quite light.
