Due to the constant disconnections of the Bluetooth connection, this is not suitable for me. It should be Bluetooth 5.0. I have other Bluetooth headphones that don't have these issues, so it's not my phone. The sound quality and comfort of these bone conduction headphones are okay. Sit or not move, the connection was fine. But when I move it or put it in my pocket, it keeps losing connection. This is my second pair as I sent the first pair back as defective. I cannot recommend these. There has to be a better choice.
