Very quick and efficient customer service

It is amazing that this software has been very beneficial for us as we have never met them before but it was an absolute pleasure working with their team! They are extremely helpful at all times they answer any questions you may throw towards them there staff always available when needed nothing really dislike about anything I can think off just wish i could give more than 5 stars because its so good would recommend 100%. The benefits which include cost savings due data protection along side other advantages such as access control security audits backups etc., also providing peace-of mind from knowing our information assets will be protected during disaster events/outages or power outtage's where ever possible. Also having a central database makes life easier for everyone involved especially if one department goes down then rest know what happens next time. Our main benefit however is being able to easily backup everything daily ensuring no downtime even after a major outage like last years WannaCry attacks. This ensures continuity across.
