Customer service is excellent. I cannot stress enough how excellent the customer service is. Now to the point. The tracksuit is roomy but not baggy. Size XL is ideal for people like me with long arms and legs. The pockets each hold my keys, phone, and wallet while squeezing my legs. My old tracksuit would throw everything off as I approached horizontal. The material is elastic but not like other elastic materials. It feels like it has more room than it actually does because it stretches imperceptibly at the joints and probably elsewhere. I'm not an ergonomist or a designer. Warm, not stuffy. I wouldn't wear it for running in the summer, but every day at the gym and in the winter (now) it's perfect. I may update this review in spring and fall.
