I don't often write product reviews, but I'm so disappointed with this device that I decided to warn others not to make the same mistake I did. What I don't like about this product: 1. Only one of the paper trays is adjustable.2. The product driver does not allow you to print a stamp or background image.3. The network on the device is very unreliable. I had to turn it off and on again for it to work. Installing the driver for Windows XP was also complicated. My Mac just booted up so it might be a Windows issue, but the driver installation was very unprofessional anyway. I've spent about 90 minutes getting it to work stably and for some unknown reason it's still disconnecting from my wireless network. The thing is not well built. It's flimsy plastic and noisy as everyone gets off. I have a feeling it will just fall apart when I try to print. And so. 6 days after Revain's 30 day warranty expired, the printhead simply failed. It gives me a message to take out the printhead and clean it. what am I doing. and it doesn't fix the problem. The small touchscreen is pretty cool. However, it seems to me that they put a lot of effort into creating this interface, neglecting more important things such as making it work online and not breaking after 36 days of purchase. NOT a very good printer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
