Overall a great mattress. It's both soft and supportive. There are no back problems here! The recommended waiting time of 24 to 48 hours after unpacking the mattress before use should be planned if you do not have enough space. The waiting time is important as they suck all the air out of the memory foam to fit in the shipping carton. The mattress needs to be inflated. We found a vacant spot on the floor and then moved the mattress to the bedroom after it was ready. My only real complaint is that I have had to learn to be careful when sitting on the edge of the bed, as unlike a traditional mattress, the edge of the bed doesn't support your weight on the edge. You may slip if the memory foam forgets to support your butt ;)
