Good softbox, but with some flaws

This is a good softbox with a few flaws that prevent it from being a five-star product. On the good side+ the fabric is thick and looks like it can take a lot of use.+ the ribs hold it open well+ The photos I get with it are greatHowever, there are a couple of problems I faced, and they are what cost the extra two stars. First, one of the slots where the rib goes into the fabric blew out the stitching almost immediately. I was able to repair it with about 15 minutes work. So far, the other three corners have held OK. Second, the ring that connects the softbox to the monolight is just press-fitted onto an inner ring. This is a heavy softbox, and the ring does not hold the weight of the softbox. Look in the photo attached to this review to see it. Luckily, I had a spare softbox connector which was the same diameter and it works far better because the problem area is a single part, not two.Do not expect to take this softbox down and put it back up on a regular basis. The ribs are very tight, and assembly/disassembly takes at least 15 minutes, more if the ribs fight back (which they tend to do). I had to disassemble it to swap out the mounting ring, but I expect to leave the softbox up all the time from now on.I am concerned about the grid; where it connects to the Velcro looks like it will easily tear. One of my other softbox grids is identical, and it failed in exactly this place. In the photo of the woman with the rose (straight out of the camera), this softbox was the light camera left, which was slightly behind her.
