- Functionality - Worked the first time. I connected the cables (one from the laptop to the set top box and one from the desktop to the set top box), then a cable from the set top box to the monitor. Press the button and the source will change. I placed a command strip on it and then attached it to the back of the monitor so I could just reach up to the button and touch it. I suppose this will save me from cables and boxes cluttering my desk. I see no degradation in image quality. Impression. The device came in a simple plastic zip-lock case, but it looked enough. Recommendation. I would recommend this to everyone. I wish it wasn't made in China but I couldn't find another.
