We recently purchased an 8 week old 4lb Chihuahua puppy and wanted a collar on leash which we already have. We needed a collar that was actually a collar that didn't come loose or that opened and closed with Velcro. They fit him perfectly, making the collar the smallest we can make. He wasn't happy for about 5 minutes but he's fine now. I was alone when I put it on and when the other family members saw it they all said individually that they thought it looked like Scooby-Doo. I expect we will have enough collars for all stages of his life and I can change up the color for holidays and special occasions. The best deal and I think it fits better than the dollar store.
