I like that it's easy to set up profiles, connect with other recruiters and employers, and track leads. It can be difficult to find new opportunities through the website as well. I wish there was more organization and structure to finding new opportunities. This could help make my job easier. It helps me keep track of all of our leads and we are able to share them with each other. Akken is a great tool to help us manage our candidates. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It has a lot of great features and is very customizable. The customer support is also top notch. I have no complaints. We are able to manage and track our candidates from pre-screening to onboarding. We are able to see all of the candidates that we have in our system and are able to search for specific candidates.
