This stuff has really cleared up my skin. I would say it removed about 80 percent of my blackheads on the first use and I can't believe how much oil was extracted and collected in the plastic tip! First, I took a long, hot shower to keep my pores open. I then ran the machine over my skin, making sure not to stay in one spot for more than a second. I think the key is to only move in one direction in short strokes. I watched a few YouTube videos and they said the goal isn't to put it on a black head and suck it off. The goal is to keep moving and in the end you will see how well this device really works. I read bruising in some of the low star reviews so I almost didn't buy this product. I'm glad I didn't believe the reviewers. It seems that many of them did not steam their face at first, and others say that they put a plastic tip in one place and stayed there for a long time, trying to remove something. Of course you have a bruise! As for me, I followed the instructions and common sense and got good results. I think if I use this weekly my skin will get a lot better.
