I bought this fan 3 weeks ago and had to request a replacement today. I agree with other users that it's difficult to find the button when you're wearing it and that you have to be careful with tangled hair, but I was ok with that. But today I couldn't use it because part of the part of the charger that connects to the fan broke off inside the fan, so I can't connect the charger. I tried to pull it out with tweezers but no, it's stuck and the other part will NOT go in! 😡😡 They send me a new one, but won't that happen again in 3 weeks? I liked it so much at first that I bought it for my best friend. When I told her what happened, she said that she had already noticed a bad contact. To update. My replacement just broke. I've attached a video of the broken part rattling in the fan. This is the metal part inside where the charger connects. This is the same part I had a problem with last time.
