It has been a few weeks since I purchased this product. The battery has not been charged since I took it out of the box. The neck fan is very easy to use. It had three different fan power levels to choose from, as did the lighting. And the fan is powerful enough even on hot days. You can also use it as a small desk fan if you don't like wearing it around your neck. The way you can bend your face is very simple and permanent. I recommend this product.

Solid 4.5. As a dog walker, I'm in the heat all day. This product was amazing. 3 speeds, all colors to use at night and very comfortable. I couldn't give 5 stars as one of the blades broke within 3 uses, but the company immediately issued a refund. Honestly I think it was more the shipping than the product itself as even my husband the installer has no idea how to pull it off. Honestly great purchase and so damn pretty :) Will definitely buy again

17.99 was the price and I will definitely pay again. I'm not sure if I should pay more. Basically it's a new take on the old battery powered fans that hang from a string. Besides these, you can control where the fans blow. Obviously 2 fans is better than 1. The scented sachet that comes with them is the only negative I find about them. Smells like cheap detergent. If it's any of your business, fine, but I just wanted the fans to blow my face while I'm forced to wear this mask.

I work as a casino supervisor so I wear a mask all the time and have hot flashes so needed something to cool down. I've been running it on low unless I start to overheat when I turn it on. Worked great at first. It didn't take long to charge the first time either. I got caught on my hair once, but it stopped immediately and I was able to pull my hair out easily. About the 3rd day of use it started sporadically as if it had a short circuit. Luckily this happened well before the 30 days were up and I was able to return it for a full refund.
