We take our blind dog to the dog park every day. Dogs may not be kept on a leash. However, when you meet the dog with the owner, everyone keeps their dog on a leash, so there is no problem. One day I didn't see a guy with his dog and my blind dog was running down the path and I saw this guy with his huge bully dog. He put his dog on a leash and I started calling my dog. Well my dog approached this guy because it was a man and everyone called her before I could catch up with my dog. At that moment this guy started screaming and cursing. I tried to tell him she was blind but he didn't care. Told me if my dog was off the leash again he would let his dog kill my dog. Good boy. no This collar speaks for itself. No questions. And I never saw the guy again.
