yes they are good for radio

I bought them for FM to jam at work. The volume control is very easy to disassemble, as is the clamp. You are fragile. The sound quality is okay. It doesn't go far. Less than a mile I would say. Not suitable for industrial use. House and kids play, they are perfect. Setting it up may require some reading. And the update on instruction is a must.
