Quality material, great support and goes well with the Peloton bike. I usually wear size 9 shoes (women) and ordered size 41. They fit like cycling shoes should - snug but not constricted. I'm about the distance between my longest toe and the top of my boot, about the length of my index finger, and I don't feel the top of my boot at all while riding, even later in the day when my feet are more swollen. I usually wear a size 9. Nike running, 9.5 Asics running and 8.5 Hoka running. just to give you an idea.
