I'm pretty sure I like it. I've always wanted to switch to natural foods, but have never found anything in the supermarket that really works. I originally switched to a high-quality, similar ingredient, an all-natural deodorant, but this caused me to experience excessive flare-ups even after the expected detox period. I switched to this brand and the breakouts went away as it promoted pH balance with additional ingredients that the previous brand didn't have. To get personal, at the end of each day I sniff my armpits and it smells like good breath from a packet of salt. I always enjoy the smell of salt instead of the bad smell. Definitely recommend and remember that the first week or so will be a difficult transition from a huge antiperspirant to an all-natural one, but it's worth it for your health!
