Very SLOW!: Barcode Scanner

code of my i-Cloud based POS, I found this. I wanted to love it and expected it to be faster, but not only was it slower than my current one, it was worse and delayed scanning items, which is very frustrating when you have a line of impatient customers. I even bought a new iPad and made sure all my apps and iOS are up to date. In the end I returned this item and got my money back minus a 20% restocking fee (about $50!). The Socket Mobile scanners aren't great, but they seem to be the only ones compatible with my current POS. This was my third. :(

Pros

Fast - quickly decodes all 1D and folded barcodes (including ISBN book and VIN numbers), even worn, damaged or closely spaced codes
