Many years ago I used the Beach Days laundry scent (but I think it was called Beach House back then) and I rediscovered it at Revain. I love this scent and it's a great way to add scent to things when using homemade laundry soap. One day someone at work said out of the blue that I smell like the beach. It took me a while to figure out it was the laundry smell. It's a little pricey, but 1/4 c. smells of a lot of laundry and the house. I tasted the smell of weed and ignored it. By the end of the cycle, the herbal scent had become sweet and overpowering. I've found laundry scents to have a mild softening effect on clothes that go in the dryer, but I don't notice much of a difference to clothes that go on a hanger other than a great scent. It's a bit of a bust that gives a lift to a laundry day.
