The user interface, ease-of use for new users; ability to customize dashboards/views very easily; dashboard overview page gives you quick view into what's going on with all reports in that particular system (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud); allows easy importations from other systems such as HubSpot CRM or Google Analytics so we don't have duplicate data between platforms anymore. I dislike how it isn’t always clear when an update has been released by them - this can be frustrating if something broke after updating but before their announcement about release date! We are solving our problem areas of lead & contact tracking across multiple channels like email, social media, website etc.
