Overall great platform and toolset which is useful

The user interface, ease-of use for new users; ability to customize dashboards/views very easily; dashboard overview page gives you quick view into what's going on with all reports in that particular system (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud); allows easy importations from other systems such as HubSpot CRM or Google Analytics so we don't have duplicate data between platforms anymore. I dislike how it isn’t always clear when an update has been released by them - this can be frustrating if…

  • User friendly UI / UX.
  • Easy way create custom views using SQL queries without coding skills necessary which is great because there arenΒ΄ t too many people who know sql inside marketing agencies yet.
Cons
  • Sometimes they forget releasing updates until weeks later than promised

Easy to Use and Efficiently Customisable

I love how easy it was for me as an employee with no IT experience, but little time or interest in getting into tech stuff - just like most other people! The UI/UX layout looks great too (I work at home so that's important). Honestly there isn't any thing i dislike about this software package yet since we have only been using them less than two weeks now; however if you're looking outwards towards things such has analytics tracking etc then they are not able offer those services which will be…

We use this for our team to keep connected remotely. It has been very helpful.

The ability for users with different levels of expertise to work together in real time, even when they are not physically co-located. This has been very helpful as we have had people from all over the world working remotely at times, so this has helped us keep our teams connected. I would like that there was an option to allow multiple team members to be able to see each other's screens or chat windows instead of only being allowed to view one person's screen/chat window.
