The ability for users with different levels of expertise to work together in real time, even when they are not physically co-located. This has been very helpful as we have had people from all over the world working remotely at times, so this has helped us keep our teams connected. I would like that there was an option to allow multiple team members to be able to see each other's screens or chat windows instead of only being allowed to view one person's screen/chat window. It helps if you can get everyone who needs access to the system set up with their own login credentials. We use it primarily internally but also have customers using it occasionally.
