Works like a tool. My son says that anyone who has an Xbox needs this tool. If you don't have this tool and disassemble your Xbox, Xbox360 or Xbox One, they will never work again. I don't play an Xbox or any other gaming system so can't say for sure but I know my husband was trying to fix an Xbox One for my other son and he didn't have tools and had to open the box in a few places . and it has not yet been repaired and retrieved. And now 2 months have passed. So now, for the second year in a row, I'm going to spend another $400 on a new one. This is my opinion. But a tool if you know what you're doing when you're not, leave it to the pros and take it somewhere that fixes Xbox issues so you don't end up spending money you don't have or don't spend want .
