I was very happy to receive it when I ordered it. It was said to arrive in 4 days but instead arrived a week longer than I should have. The box looked like it was in bad shape when it arrived but I took it all apart and put it back together anyway. There were some mistakes on my part during the build, but it was quite easy. But when I heard some small pieces of plastic rolling around in the chair, I wasn't happy. The lumbar support is COMPLETELY DEFECTIVE. The "cushion" is held in place by these two pieces of plastic that somehow came loose between the factory and my house. I'm still debating whether to send it back as otherwise it's a comfortable chair. I've seen similar reviews before, but only once.
